Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that the services you avail through our website are to your full satisfaction, and are the best in the Industry at extremely reasonable and affordable rates.

However, there may arise situations when you desire a refund.

  • Firstly, when you pay for the services but later on decide that you do not wish to avail them. In such a case, the refund shall not be considered as there is no fault, defect, or onus on Bizindigo.
  • Secondly, when there is a delay in the services offered from our side, beyond the time frame we have intimated to you, due to human error i.e., factors for which we are solely responsible.

30-Day Refund Policy

If an engagement is not progressing as per your expectations, you can request a refund within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, you can request for the refund to be processed as a service credit – which can be used for any other future service.

Deduction of Cancellation Fee + Earned fee (if any)

A cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to the government would be applicable. In case of a change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable.

Hence, all refunds will be subject to a minimum of 20% cancellation fee. Further, if Bizindigo has spent the time and resources to complete the engagement or incurred any other fee, such fees will be deducted on best judgement basis by the company and the balance will be refunded.

Factors Outside our Control

We cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For instance, the government may reject name approval or a trademark application for legal reasons beyond the scope of Bizindigo service. In some cases, a government backlog or problems with the government portal (e.g. MCA website, trademark website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website, etc) can lead to long delays before your process is complete.

Similarly, Bizindigo does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by our Associates. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for a refund. Hence, a delay in processing of your file by the Government cannot be a reason for a refund.

Most importantly, we wish to clarify that in cases outside our control, including but not limited to national holidays, department holidays, delays on the part of the Government of India, the respective State Governments, Our affiliates or elsewhere, acts of war, acts of God, earthquake, riot, sabotage, labor shortage or dispute, internet interruption, power disruption, lack of phone network connectivity, technical failures, breakage of sea cable, hacking, piracy, we shall not liable for any delays.

Penalty, late fee or Tax Payment

Bizindigo and its employees play the role of a corporate service provider. While it is our responsibility to prepare the necessary, returns, filings, it is the clients responsibility to ensure accuracy and correctness. Hence, We are not liable to pay any penalties or taxes on behalf of our clients. Further, Bizindigo is not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of the service that is out of scope.

Request Refund

To initiate a refund request, You will also be required to send an email to [email protected] along with details of the transaction to begin the refund process. Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 weeks from the date of request along with all relevant information.

Upon receiving your mail, the Accounts Manager at BizIndiGo shall decide on whether your request for a refund should be processed, contingent on the reasons for such a request. Please note that we reserve the right to take the final and binding decision with regard to requests for refund.

If we confirm your refund request, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, we will send you an e-mail seeking the details required to refund the amount which may include your Bank Account details such as the account number and the IFS code of the branch in question.
